Sphere CRM/ERP V3.0 SACCO/MFI software modules demo

This demo is of a Sphere CRM/ERP V3.0 instance customised with only modules for Savings and Credit Cooperatives (SACCOs), Micro-credit and Microfinance Institutions activated.

It shows workflows for:

1. Logging in
2. Registering clients
3. Entering savings (Workflow also applies for other transactions such as current accounts/FOSA/entering shares)
4. Entering loans
5. Entering loan repayments
6. Filter menus used to create custom reports
7. Canned system reports.

Workflows not shown in the video include accounting, human resource and payroll, sending bulk SMS to clients/loanees, mobile money transfer intergration, advanced reporting, database management and asset management.

Note:

1. Transactions involving clients (Core instituional activities) can always be entered from the "Clients" tab (or its equivalent in your Sphere CRM/ERP instance). The other tabs are for generation of custom reports by using the inbuilt filter menus.
2. This demo video only shows a small portion of the components in Sphere CRM/ERP. Additonally, only modules required to run a financial institution are included by default in the demo instance.
