Group Kenya's Sphere mail service enables organizations and institutions to quickly set up personalised institutional emails using their domains for brand identity.
The Co-mail service is set up by utilising open source email components.
For convinience, Sphere mail can be accessed using any standard email clients such as G-mail applications for android and iOS, Microsoft Outlook and Mozilla Thunderbird by using the configuration outlined below:
Server address: mail.groupkenya.com
POP3 service: port 110 over TLS (recommended), or port 995 with SSL.
IMAP service: port 143 over TLS (recommended), or port 993 with SSL.
SMTP service: port 587 over TLS or STARTTLS
Username: your full email address
Password: your email account password
