Generation of reports using filter menus in Sphere CRM/ERP

1. Data hierachy selection

Select branch, staff and group of interest: select all branches, all staff and all groups to generate reports for the whole organisation, to get a report for a particular officer select the branch and staff then select all groups.

2. Active / Dormant clients report

a) Go to the clients tab and sort "LAST TRNS" column by "Oldest to newest"
b) Scroll or navigate record pages until you get to a date greater than or equal to the defined account dormancy date (3 months)
At this point the accounts above the date are dormant while those below are active. You can use the export to excel for further processing or formating.

3. Balanced loans report

a) Go the loans tab and sort "LAST PAID" column by "Newest to oldest"
b) Filter "L. STATUS" column by "Contains: BAL"
You'll be able to scroll through the balanced loans with the most recently balanced loans being at the top of the list. You can use the export to excel for further processing or formating.

4. Loans arrears

Current loan arrears can be generated by:
a) Go to the loans tab and clear filters.
b) Total arrears will be displayed in the data summary section.
c) The column "ARREARS" will display arrears for each loan record.

5. Clients registered

a) Go to the clients tab
b) Clear filters to display all clients and clients summary in current data hierachy
c) You can filter records by any column such as filtering by "REG DATE" to find clients registered within a specified time period.

6. Groups registered

a) Go to the groups tab
b) Clear filters to display all groups and groups summary in current data hierachy
c) You can filter records by any column such as filtering by "REG DATE" to find groups registered within a specified time period.

7. Loans disbursed

a) Go to the loans tab
b) Clear filters to display all loans and loans summary in current data hierachy
c) Clicking on the "Show cleared loans" will display both running and cleared/balanced/written off loans.
c) You can filter records by any column such as filtering by "DATE APPROVED" to find loans disbursed within a specified time period.
